To set to free play you simply move the wire jumpers in the credit unit. (It's the white box on the right hand side below the mechanism).
You move the two left jumpers to go from 0 to F (freeplay!) and the jumper to the right of it from 1 to 7 (maximum credits=49)

Then either switch off/on to reset or press the LT button once.

Remember that if you have programmed it for less than 100 CDs in the carousel that 00 will not work as that is technically CD 100.

    To enable Album play ...

Service switch (on the credit unit ) to ON.

    Press LT button once.

Now..... like using a shift key on a keyboard e.g. you hold down the shift key then press another button....shift f gives you a capital F etc......

    On the front buttons.

    4 (hold down) R

    9...hold down.....R

    enter....01

    Service switch off.

    Press LT button once.

To play a whole CD you enter the Cd number followed by 00

    Dave.

Seeburg jukebox ay160 won't select record

(1) Make sure that the credit unit is not stuck and that all of the contacts open and close correctly while manually operating the solenoids. Lubricate it if the wheel does not turn freely. (2) Make sure that there are credits on the machine. (3) If it still wont select check fuses or (4) try pressing the letter and the number simultaneously, some "free play" set ups will work this way.

I purchased a used Wurlitzer 1015, question When selecting number 51 is a code number 82 and does not play can you explain me this, what the problem is thanks

The number of Cds in the carousel can be set on the Credit unit to stop it playing fresh air if for example you only have 50 Cds and not a whole 100. Sounds like yours is set to 50 so won't play anything over 50.
I 'think' this is what you do.
On the computer credit unit...
Service Switch ON...Press LT button.
Press 5 on the keyboard once.
Enter 0000
Service Switch off.
Press LT or turn machine off/on.

Only plays one song at a time; not through entire cd

This is not a problem, the machine is supposed to play only one song at a time.....If you want to play the entire CD at a time, you must first program the machine for "Album Play" and then select the disc number followed by "00". Refer to your manual for instructions on programming album play. PS I sell manuals, tech@wurlitzer-ohio.com.

My wurlitzer play only 22 cd 's

It has probably been programmed to only play 22 cd's. The unit can be set to play random cd's, but if the original owner only had 22 cd's then he probably programmed it to only see the 22 cd's. If he didn't program it to only see 22 cd's, then it would randomly select cd 23, and since there was nothing there, it wouldn't play anything. If you have a manual, it tells you on page 23, service level 1, button 5 how to program for more or less cd's. If you don't have a manual, you can download one from a couple of sites, I just googled it, and found a complete manual from a Wurlitzer site in the US, don't remember which one. Here is another site with lots of good info http://www.flippers.com/wurlitzr.html

Hello i have a omt 1987 1015 lights power up but will not play when you select led shows record to be playing but does not play will not show credits or house hits have checked all fuses none blown have...

Is your 3 digit display on? If not, does the Z LED Flash when rotating the record carrier? If so, you may need to have your computer repaired. If the Z LED doesn't flash, check the 12 volt fuse in the amplifier. If you need your computer repaired or further assistance, please email me, Rod Stebelton, tech@wurlitzer-ohio.com.
