I tried to locate one for you on eBay, but had no luck. You best bet would be to go to the Raymarine website, and find a local dealer or contact Raymarine directly. Here is a direct link to their customer support page:

I hope this helps, if you need anymore assistance, please dont hessitate to reply here or email me at:

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Assign a new person to an extension

Changing the programming2.gif on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programming
press the left hand intercom button
the display should say central telephone prog extension:
enter in the extension number of the persons phone you wish to rename
the display should say program extension xx
press the left hand intercom button
the display should say the extension number followed by the existing programmed name
enter in name of new person by pressing the number where the letter is then its order on the button so under the 2 button 1 would be A, 2 would be B, and 3 would be C ex. BILL = 22 - 43 - 53 - 53 use the mic/hfai button to erase entry.

either press the right hand intercom to go to the next extension or press feature 00 to exit

Receiver works fine, but nothing out mike, either hailer or transmitter functions. How do I troubleshoot the mic?

make sure that you havent pulled one of the wires loose inside.. it is pretty easy to do.. I did it myself and didnt realize it until i had the same problem.. check where the mic. plugs into the radio first, if that is okay then it may be in your mic itself.. what kind of mic do you have it hooked up to

Need new mic for Raymarine #1VHF Radio 215 DSC

Hello rikirsch,

For replacement microphones for the Ray 215 DSC you can contact the manufacturer via their website http://www.raymarine.com. It appears there are two different versions available, a traditional style handheld microphone and a multi-function handset style mic.

Hope this helps!
