Question about Toshiba Satellite M65-S821 Notebook
My Laptop contracted a virus, i sent it in for repairs.
Since i've had it back it doesnt seem to be operating as it did when i bought it.
I think i need a reset cd but i dont know where to find one, what do i do?
When u send it out, did u take note of what u had.Memory, hard drive(h/d) size, etc. A virus only attacks the software ( changes & or damages ) drivers. If the virus damages the h/d , it is PROBABLE to physically damage it, but not usually possible!! goto the Toshiba web site, u will have to buy it, they don't like to give those things away.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
