Question about Panasonic KX-TGA560M 5.8 GHz Cordless Expansion Handset
I saw your post about issues with the # of rings on your phone. How did you fix it? I am having the hardest time trying to figure out how to increase the number of rings. Someone calls in and it rings once on my end and will go to voicemail before I can even get to the phone.
Any help would be much appreciated!!
Press the menu button and scroll to "ringer setting" and set to what you want. If that does not work scroll to "initial setting" and that lets you change the number of rings you want it on. When you set it to the number then hit save to save it and it will give you more rings. The second one "initial setting" is what I used.

Hi Dana, I finally bought a new phone! I came home & plugged it in & it had the same problem. I called my cable provider (I have digital voice through them) and they were sending someone out when I discovered that I had moved my cable box a while back & realized that I had the front (where all the lights are) aiming into a wall. I moved the box & then my phone worked. I was also have a lot of problems with static & garbled sounding voice on my old phone which has been solved by the new & improved cordless phone. Good luck!!! Tips for a great answer:
Mar 03, 2014 | Panasonic (KX-TG1032S) Phone
Jun 19, 2007 | Panasonic KX TC1501 Cordless Phone
Jun 19, 2011 | Lands Phones
The screen will display;
DID DGT (001)
DGT : XXXXX
Press the volume key until you get to the number you wish to program, when you have reached this press the 3rd soft key under the screen (TAB) until you get to the DDI Destination which will display:
1 : XXX 2 : XXX
Enter the extension number OR the group number which you want this DDI to ring at. (1= day ring plan , 2= night ring plan, unless other ring plans are in place on the system )
Once you have put the group in you need to go to 601 to enter all extensions into that group. If you visit http://www.abbeytelecom.com there are easy to follow videos covering a wide range of programming issues on the Samsung phone systems, I have uploaded one which I think will help, regards
