Everytime i try to turn it on it says protect and i dont have a manual for it cause i got it from a pawn shop

If after disconnection of the speakers the set shows protect then is for sure that your audio output power IC is short.
You will have to remove the IC and put in a new one.
If the disconnection of the speaker changed the protect, then the speakersa ree short, wires are short into the ground of the car.

Now log on as administrator.

This deck is in protect mode
A couple things may cause this:
If a speaker wire shorted out (either a voice coil or the wire itself is grounded; touches the vehicles chassis ground)
Solution: disconnect each speaker from the deck and see if it turns back on. 90% of the time thats the problem.

It could be overheating.

This deck is in protect mode
This is what the owners manual says about Protect mode......

The speaker wire has a short-circuit or touches the chassis of the vehicle, and then the protegtion function is activated. Wire or insulate the speaker cable properly and press the reset button.
