I went to the Canon tech support center to download the driver but this message appears on the page. I downloaded anyway, but it doesn't work. I can't install the scanner on my laptop.

-   i down loaded canoscan d646u software but the twain cannot be detected. i cant remember what was said on the leaflets that came w the scanner. its not like what is said on the electronic manual. anyone can help me with this.

I find canon support & download to download the drive but this message appears on page, I download anyway, but it does not work, I can not install the scanner on my office desktop.
