The problem is either the wash impeller is restricted or the basket is not getting fully disengaged during the fill. As the machine fills, the basket floats until the drive shaft and basket splined hubs disengage. The machine/motor controller operates the motor intermittently while the machine fills to detect whether the basket is disengaged by analyzing the current drawn by the motor. When the current drawn by the motor is more than what it should be when the basket is disengaged, the machine continues to fill until the basket disengages and the current drawn is nominal. The machine then overfills and flashes the fault code when the current drawn by the motor does not drop to its nominal value either due to the basket cannot disengage or the wash impeller is restricted.
Small garments can get caught under the wash impeller and restrict the impeller. It will cause the "oL" code to flash as if the machine is overloaded. Remove the wash impeller and inspect it.
Insert the blade of a small screwdriver into the slot in the impeller cap, then pry the cap up, and remove it.
Remove the 7/16? hex-head bolt holding the impeller to the drive shaft, then lift and remove the impeller from the basket. Lift the basket to remove the impeller easily.
Raise the washer top to the service position then take the basket out to inspect the drive system including the hubs if the wash impeller is not restricted. Dirt accumulation can wedge the hubs and prevent the basket to fully disengage. Clean the drive system including the hubs and it should resolve the problem.
Tape the washer lid closed then using a putty knife, press and unlock the two front top locks located approximately 6-1/2" from the outside edge of the washer and then raise the washer top. The basket can now be lifted put of the tub with the wash impeller removed and the washer top raised.

Remove the impeller first before lifting out the basket completely.
It is suppose to lift out of the basket once the bolt is removed. Do not pry it up with anything or it will scar the impeller and result damage to clothing during wash. Lifting the basket will assist in the removal of the impeller. Lift the basket to make the impeller budge.
Here's page 4-10 of the Service Manual showing the basket removal.

Thank you very much. I spent yesterday doing 15 loads of laundry at the local laundromat so as you see this machine gets a lot of useage. I will try this and let you know!
So I was able to remove the Impeler bolt, open the lid, removed the tub ring but was not able to get the basket to come out. Should it just lift out? Thanks
Is it just supposed to lift out of the basket once the bolt is removed or do I need to pry it up with something. It doesn't budge.
Not much I'm doing is making the impeller move at all, and it's not coming out.
It took a lot of effort and a bit of ingenuity but the impeler came up, several garments removed and it's like new! Thanks for your response and tips!
