How about the operator present switch (seat switch) Once you take the brake off, you must be in the seat for it to run.

Drive belt conditions? Wrong belt installation. Mower assembly will not turn by hand, so there are bearing and engine load problems? Clutch doesn't like the brake to be on?

This sounds like the seat switch. Keep in mind newer model seat switches cannot be jumped or disconnected.

I just purchased the new Husqvarna MZ6128 Zero Turn. Was dropped at home on Sunday.. with the parking brake on and deck in the traveling mode and handle bars in neutral it will start..when returning the...

Read the manual. These so called "problems" are standard safety features that someone should have gone over with you. Sounds like poor salesmanship. When starting the mower the bars should be out and the park brake pulled. Then disengage the parkbrake and pull the arms in to drive the mower. Do exactly the opposite to get off the mower. I just bought one today every model I looked at was like this.
