Hi :) I am wondering what to do with my system now that Vista has updated, but somehow has pushed me back into a temporary User profile each time I boot windows. I cannot access any of my old saved files and pictures and have browser trouble as well. It's as if I have turned the computer on for the very first time, each time I boot the system up. I have read that others have had this problem too. How do I fix this please? Thanks!

You need to install the wireless drivers.
All the Gateway W350a drivers are available from here: http://rapidshare.com/files/106560686/drivers_laptop_gateway_w350a.rar which has a free download option.
the serial number is usually found at the bottom of your laptop, is not something that can be given to you online.
you may also want to try to do obtain your system info by going to start>run> then type msinfo32 and press enter. a box will appear with your system info, it's possibly the your model number and other details that you may require could also appear there.
Plug in an ethernet cable into your ethernet card port on the left hand side of your laptop. When it connects to the internet click on the Windows update icon in the system tray. It should show you a Realtek Wireless RTL8187b wireless adapter driver update. Install it, you may need to reboot, but in any case you will have wireless networks available to you and you can pull out the ethernet cable. Good luck.

Hi there. All you have to get is the plug adapter when you go to the different countries, in most european counties exept UK you will find all the plug adapters are the same which in turn will save you money, buy the plug adapters when you get the country you are going to and take your power supply with you so they know what type of adapter you need, most european adapters are 2 pin.
