when charging the H500 bluetooth headset, the blue light stays lit for only a minute and then starts flashing. I kept it for charging for more than a day, but it still doesn't power on.

Power button not turning on headset

I'm guessing at some point I pressed down too hard on the power button and either broke something or mis-aligned it to what mattered.
If this happens to you:

Plug the headset into the (connected) USB power cord

Blue light comes on

Unplug - Headset should remain on

If you leave it plugged in until it turns red (charging) then it will turn off when you unplug it.

If your headset doesn't show a blue light or any indication of life, something beyond the power button is wrong.

I have a bluedio wireless headset model DF610. It is connected to my phone, but there is no sound, even with the volume turned up. Can the headset be reset? if so, how?

The only way to reset something like this is to remove batteries for a bit. Once all capacitance charge is spent, probably 30 seconds at most, units will be at factory settings. I doubt that this will work on a headset, but it is all I got. Take the headset back for warranty.

On my motorokr s9 the green light just stay on even when I don't charge it is there a reset button or anything?

This is caused by a power surge. To correct, plug your headset into charge, and then plug into power strip. Trip the switch on the power strip to off. It will cause a drain and turn off your green light and then allow the headset to turn back on.

My H15 suddenly powered down, and it won't come back on. I don't know what the problem might be. Is there a way to reset it or something?

Have you shut off your bluetooth through your phone settings? Try that and even disconnecting altogether, then adding again. Keep it charging and make sure the lights all come on for charging and when turning on your set. Let me know what happens at this point

220 Plantronics bluetooth instructions

Start with the device off but fully charged. Press and hold the call control button for 8 seconds; at this point, you'll see the light flash blue then red. You'll have two minutes to connect it to your new phone. Use the passkey 0000 after your phone finds the headset.

If you're resetting it one you're phone just delete the device in your bluetooth setting and set it up again. If trying to reset the bluetooth headset, hold the power button until the blue light stays on. That should do the trick.
