we bought a Lg Dehumidifer at Home Depot but the hose connector keeeps falling off. Is there any way that you an send us another one for our unit. It has been an on going problen since we got the unit about 6 months ago . At first I thout no big deal Ill just drain the bucket but it is much eaiser with the hose because I forget to drain the bucket and I start to notice the dampness in the basement.

First, is the dehumidifier high enough so that the hose isn't 'backing up'? Otherwise, attach a small radiator hose clamp to hold it on.
