Question about Delstar DS 31024 MP3 Player

1 Answer

Mp3 I recently deleted all of the songs off of my delstar mp3 player. I cannot put any songs back on there because there is an error message that says " It is not possible to change sync settings at this time. Try again later." This message is on all the computers I have tried to sync songs from. How can this be resolved? I also called delstar at their hq in Florida, and nobody answered. What's up with that?

There are sub-folders in mp3 players such as music, pics,or something like that when you download them. See if they are deleted. Kinda like computers when you have different folders you put them in. if that is not it email me back and I will look more in to it..

Cant get song from meida player to mp3 player

That's a DRM error and should be solved by the FairUse4WM which you can download for free from the following link.:
http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/FairUse4WM-freeware-DRM-removal-Windows-software-Strip-copy-protection-from-WMV-ASF-WMA-Windows-Media-Player.htm
This will rip the DRM off the tracks and you should be able to sync it or listen to it without a problem.

This player will only recognize certain song types - you are probably trying to laod songs that are in the wrong format. check your manual for acceptable file types.

Format error

It's an unsupported file format. Are you trying to play files that were ripped in I-tunes? I-tunes does not make mp3s, it makes m4a files, which are not supported. Make sure the files you put on this player are mp3 files. You can also use wma files, but you will probably need to use Windows Media Player to transfer those files.

Let me know how you get on & shout if you need more help!

Music will not save to MP3 beyond 13 %

You are doing nothing wrong this just seems like a manufactuer error.

If warranty still stands take it back and explain to them the problem you have.

If the mp3 player came with a CD install the software on the CD.

Most mp3 players these days come with there own music uploading software.

I have tryed to find Delstars website but they don't seem to have an official website. If a instruction guide came with it have a look for a website.

My finall solution would to format your mp3 player (not just deleting the songs) doing format correctly.

If you want to try formatting follow these steps. Go to "Start" - "My Computer" look for something called "Removable Disk" which should be your mp3 player now right click on it and click on "Format". Allow it to format and put music on it again as normal and see if that works.

Good luck. Hope my solution was helpful.
