Kenmoore Canister 25812 Failure

The LED lights located on the extended hose do not light up when the cannister is operating and the entire agitator housing is dead...that is it does not work when the vacuum is turned on. Checked contacts...clean. Is there a circuit breaker for both?

Some of the powerheads have a circuit breaker on the top of it. Just push it to reset. May have a bad circuit pcb in the hose handle.
