My screen went black and it wont do anything

Hello,

as the screen is blank, can you receive or make calls?

If you can make or receive calls, then I think the screen is bad and needs to be changed, but if you cannot receive or make calls, then I think the has got some virus which have corrupted the files.

I that case, the phone needs to be flashed and its only an expert that can flash it for you.

I wish you the best.

My phone screen has gone blank although the keypad lights have come on and i can still here my phone working. what do i do?

To help you with this problem, I want you to know that when a cellphone got fell or something done to phone, like you accidentally sit on it, the main problem will be make is lost in display, you will not see anything but you can hear something like message tone and start-up tone, you can also receive calls. Don't be worry with that kind of problem. To tell you whats happening inside your phone is your LCD of display connection is only misaligned. Get it to the nearest cellphone repair center to get cellphone to be open by a technician and probably they will do dismantling your phone and fix the problem.

Don't forget to rate this solution please..Thanks..:-)

Blank Screen

I think the your screen may have given up due to long use or due to miosture. This may be fixed by changing the LCD sreen from your mobile's authorized dealer.

Black Screen

Hi, before sending it in or taking it to a Motorola repair station, try this. Open phone turn it over so camera is facing you with finger behind and thumb of your right hand sweeze the area between camera lens and the vol up down button to reseat the ribbon connector that is located in that area between the cases. This worked for me and it is worth trying.
