Maybe the audio amplifiers ICs are damaged.

My theater doesnt give out sound will i have connected everything?

Assuming you have never had it working before, then it's likely that you have got a setting wrong.
Not knowing the make or model. What I suggest you do is do is find the speaker test settings. There should be an option to send a tone to each speaker. This will determine if you have connected the speakers right. It will tell you which speaker is being tested. If you can't hear the tone, then the speaker is not present or connected right.
Once you have done and if you still can't get sound. Try a simple stereo test source such as working CD player or tape deck. Connect to a socket and select the device function setting CD etc. Set it playing.
Do that for every device function one at a time. Follow the settings in the manual and you should get the thing to work.

No sound is coming out

Look for a button on the unit or remote for turning speakers on end off, Or when you go into the unit menu, Watch with the functions if it stays something about the speakers, Turnig them on or off, If you don,t come across any of this stuff, Get a manual for it, End see if you can find any thing about it in the manual, In the trouble shooting (Section) If you don,t have a manual for it, Try manuals online.com

Samsung AV-R720 - front right speaker crackles

THIS RECEIVER IS JUNK. I had the same problem with my receiver and Samsung gave me a new unit as it was under warranty. 8 months later the replacement which was brand new did the same thing. Samsung tells me it is my problem now. I should have demanded another unit. the best advice I have is not to buy this product. Samsung won't help you when it breaks and it will break. Nobody seems to know how to fix it.......

No surround sound

Since it is new and just purchased, you really should return it for a new one. If you have connected all the speakers right, which you have since the test tone plays in all of them, there is a problem with the receiver. Don't wait too long or they may insist that yu take it for repair. You usually only have a short ime after the purchase to get an exchange. Some are 7 days and others are as much as 30 days. But it does need to be repaired, it is not the way you set it up.

I need help with my surround sound!!

The calibration mic thing is to balance the sound evenly on surround sound systems, it replacles the older systems "TEST TONE" speaker setup, in other words it will balance each speaker say in a 5.1 setup to adjust the level output so the listening position is not overwhemled by say the rear surround speaker overriding the front left & right speaker or the most critical the center speaker. The calibration mic uses computer tech to make it easier for the user, no sound pressure calibration is needed as with the test tone setup mentioned earlier. The wireless speaker situation could be possibly waiting for the calibration confirmation, Read any user manual information if available.

No audio is coming through my speakers

If the receiver is actually powering up but you are getting no sound, there are few basic things to check.

Check the audio connections on the back (speakers AND inputs) to make sure they are tight at both ends and undamaged. Go into the setup screen for the DVD player and make sure the audio settings are set for PCM output and that you are using a digital or optical audio cable. Then make sure you have the correct function selected on the receiver to match the inputs. If the receiver has a speaker test function, use it to see if there is any output from the speakers. Finally, make sure the volume is turned up and the mute button is off.

Otherwise, the amplifier may be faulty

I would suspect the lead from your tv or video and swap this.ie where are you feeding tv signal to amp from.more than likely faulty lead or socket at this point.swap around the leads and see does fault transfer to the opposite channel.keep with it sounds like set up problem of some sort,.
