Question about Clarion DC625 6-Disc CD Changer
SOURCE: clarion marine stereo M2455
Don't worry about the brown wires. They are for telephone mute.
The yellow is Memory (constant 12 volt, so battery is fine), but the red should go to a 12 volt source that turns on and off with the key.

The only CLARION code available for free (using a
serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
C7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on
the metal casing.
(There are usually two barcodes on one label. The one required is the lower one )
There is a 20% chance of your PU-9990B having this barcode Serial Number
If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)

Testimonial: "YES MINE HAS THE NUMBER YOU WRITE ABOUT HOW DO I GET THE CODE TO UNLOCK IT FREE."
It depends on the type of Clarion Radio.
There are 2 types of Clarion Keys depending on the size of the removal slots in your radio ...the older , larger version or the later slim version.
See the difference here
Available on Ebay , local car radio store etc
