My Maytag Neptune Top Loader washer stops with 33 minutes remaining in the cycle and will not continue. The door will also not unlock even after I unplug the machine and plug it back in. When we put it in service mode, we can get it to drain by pushing the presoak button. Nothing happens when we try to perform the quick spin test. We are getting power at the motor control board on the volt meter during the Motor Control Board Output test, but the motor does not run and it does not spin. When we tried to run the same cycle again, it stopped with 33 minutes remaining again. We are getting no error codes. Can you help?

I have the same exact problem... can't believe it's just me. I too would love to know what's wrong with this machine! Is their a recall for this???

clean the small presser hose out and check the pump sump make shur there is no obstruction

There is a service manual behind the control panel it will show you how to test the door locks. If might have a bad lock solenoid.
