Question about Dell E173FP 17" LCD Monitor
When I woke up power on monitor blinked green and made a very weak buzz when light flashed. Thats all it will do.
Based on what you have stated your Dell monitor is dead. Seek support/replacement under warranty. If you purchase this with a credit card you have a double warranty through your credit card. You'll have to suffer through Dell's phone support to allow them to troubleshoot your dead monitor but be patient and a new or newer model will be on its way to you soon.
Hope this helped you and fixed your dilemma.
