Check Zener Diode ZD2 on the board to see if it's shorted.
If it's shorted replace it.

Hi,
The only solution to fix this is to get it repaired.
the only thing you can check is that the bucket switch is not hung up, or in fact a wire has not come off it. If you have power going to it, the next step would to be is to see if the on/off switch is working.
