I cant acces psn.my password is deleted(dont know why), and it wont accept my birth date when i want to change my passwod.whats going on?

Your best bet is to go online to the PSN Network and try there. You'll need to know the date of Birth and the email of the account you need a password for, so hopefully you remember what you chose.

the problem you have is with the dodgy update sent out thousands of people all over the world are having the same problem if you go to sony playstation web site you will find out more and sony are working on the fix now and will be sorting out another update to fix this problem with the ps3 update

Unfortunately, there is no program that can hack PSN. You might need to create a new account.

go to the ps3 menu and go to settings you should find somethin that says change password. go to that enter your first password and change it.
