Keeps saying that its searching - PDAs

    Ever since I received my new BlackBerry Pearl 8100, it has been working fine up until recently; it continually displays "Searching" and is unable to connect to my mobile network.

If the sim is definately ok, Phone is faulty, blacklisted or not designed to be used in your region (eg gsm phone in cdma only area)
ask your service provider if your IMEI (type *#06#) is blacklisted, if so the previous owner has registered it lost or stolen or not paid there bill

That means wifi ,is out of range,,Try moving around while searching ,go outside,,,search,,good luck,,if they ask for wep or password,,u cant use,,,,must say open,,k,,because people put passwrds to keep people from getting free internet,,,

your internal board is bad. its not picking up signal. Recommended a new phone at this point.

I put minutes on my sidekick and it won't let me sign in it keep saying to refill my minues


try reseting your sim card that works some times, call your provider they will tell you step by step or if you dont wanna do that try searching it up on youtube

Manual network search


By going to the Options (Wrench icon) then Click. Scroll to Network, Click. Scroll to Network Selection, Click. A pop-up box with Change Option, click and choose Manual and then Save.

1- select your network manual in your handset

2-try another sim card ,so that your either there is problem in your sim card
