i have done synch and download drivers but when i connect to handheld to install wifi ask for user name but nothin is in field but select, i have name the palm my name

- Im also trying to install it and it it says, "select a user name". There is a drop down box with no User names. It will not allow me to move forward until I select a username....that isn't there????- fb2263
