How to load OS from external device on my ASUS Taichi 21?

If it is not an ISO image it will not load because it is not bootable. if you just copied another OS it wont work. A OS disk would have to be used.

I cant get my dell to load after turning it on

Does it pass the POST (Power On Self Test)? Does it try to load the Windows OS?
If it pass the POST and cannot load the OS, its most likely that the hard drive is faulty you may have to replace with a new hard drive load a new OS and your applications.
If the OS load and you cannot log in to your Dell desktop, you may have to do a password recovery by entering answer your security question.

I cannot get Ubuntu to load onto my Vaio PCV-RZ10. I have already partitioned the HDD with 30 Gig, loaded the OS (Ubuntu) I get a (Not Support) error message. Any ideas?

The problem is your computer is not compatable to run the Ubuntu operational system, it comes up not supported. But you can go online to forums that deal with these types of problems, because there are a lot of people out there that swear by this system.

Black screen only shows after initializing the words " error loading OS "

do a hard drive test or take it to local repair shop and get them to test it. I am about 98% sure it a bad hard drive, or you OS got deleted.

Replaced the hard drive, if its bad.
