I just place an order from payless website. I did not realize that I made payment through paypal. I do not have acconut with paypal. I need to know. when I received e-mail from paypal that shipping information was given in order form. it seem to me that paypal has made the payment to merchant for me. and paypal going to recover the amount from my credit card account. if this is so I need to open an account with paypal. but how?

This should help you get into your PayPal account. PayPal allows you to reverse any transactions so if any money is missing you can claim it back.

I suggest you change your password to your PayPal account as this looks like there might be suspicious activity happening on your account.
