Question about AT&T BlackBerry Curve 8310 Cell Phone - Red
Hi. My Blackberry has "flat" spots when making or receiving calls. I.e. the persons (and my) voice will disapear for a second. This is not a network problem and the problem appears to be getting worse. Can this be resolved with a software upgrade? Thanks!
Yes this problem can be resolved with a software upgrade, however your best option is to take the phone apart(CAREFULLY!) and get a cotton bud and clean the speaker and microphone gently. If the problem persists, ask your local cellular phone shop for system upgrades.
