What are examples of applications that run under Linux Operating Systems?

Ditto rjivaro, except the windows emulation part. Most applications can be replaced with actual linux compatible ones, however there a some (mostly games) that can not. Wine is your friend for games except that you will have a reduction in frame-rate as the system has to convert dx to opengl and back again. Best to keep a small windows install for game playing. Non linux games anyway

Which game are you trying to open?
If the game is Counter Strike or such like that, try to open it on another video mode, like OpenGL or Software mode. This error shows that the game is trying to initialize in D3D mode, which your system does not support, so please try another video mode.

How to update OpenGL to 1.3

OpenGL Is typically a library provided by your video card manufacturer, and is integrated heavily into the video card you are running. Try upgrading your video card software (for example, for an nvidia card from nvidia.com ). A new video card may be required to support the feature sets offered by newer versions of OpenGL. (The latest version of OpenGL is 4.0)

When I play some games i receive don't send error report

Thats because something is wrong or corrupted with the resources necessary for the games to run. It may be the DriectX drivers, OpenGL, or the .netFramework. Any way you will need to go to microsoft.com , download and install the latest version of these and you will be set.

Cant init direct3d

Looks like you do not have the latest version of directx..Also make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card..If it still doesn't work then create a desktop shortcut for the game right-click it->Select Properties->In target box->add -opengl suffix.
Ex:If it shows "C:\Program FIles\Wow.exe" then you should make it
"C:\Program Files\Wow.exe" -opengl
Dont forget to leave a space between " and -
Happy gaming!
