Hi, The best option is to try ebay they may have wheels for sale, if not you can sometimes get a frame for spares or repair very cheaply which you can then take the wheels of it for your stroller. Regards Marie

How can I go about getting parts or service?" but when I went there, it seemed to be a warranty registration link instead.
I have a problem with my rear wheel. I lost the black round support that goes between the shaft and the wheel. Maybe we can make one good stroller out of two of these. email me at [email protected] if you can sell me the support or if you want to purchase the wheel.

You'll need the model number and serial number. I found ours on a sticker under the footrest. For our stroller it's $19 plus shipping for the front wheel assembly.
