Question about Acomdata 250GB External Firewire HD 250 GB FireWire 400 (1394a) Hard Drive
When the power is turned on all I see is the LED light on the front flash from blue to red, continuously. All I here is the sound that it usually makes when it starts up but then it makes a clicking sound and does the whole thing over again. I am desperate for help, EVERYTHING I have I've been backing up on this thing.
CLICKING SOUND IS THE HARD DRIVE ACTUATOR ARM THAT IS FAULTY.DEAD HARD DRIVE. CAN YOU SEE THE DRIVE IN DIVICE MANAGER?? IF YOU DONT SEE IT THERE IT IS DEAD AND HAS NO HOPE.
REPLASE THE DRIVE (SORRY)
