Refrigerator stopped cooling

Hi, the filter should be on the bottom kick plate and should have a cap of the same color as the kick plate.

1.check if the fan inside the freezer is running
2. if ref runs none stop, defrost timer is out.
3. or it could be the high limit that paired in series with the defrost heater
good luck!

Replace the compressor start relay.

Make sure the fan motor is running in the freezer.

sounds like your defrost drain is frozen or blocked its in the freezer side under the back panel beneath the evaprator

check the relay on the compressor

Check your evaporator fan, defrost thermo., or defrost heater. One of these parts out are what causes ice to buildup on your evaporator.
