You need 12,000 BTU for every 500 sq ft of room space

Three 12,000 BTU window units would be close

If it has an evaporator function such as heat tube in water etc then maybe it has failed but I would say 2 days is about normal

12,000 btu = 1 Ton...
24,000 btu = 2 Ton

etc

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW IF YOUR MAKING A GOOD TRADE OFF, LOOK FOR BTU'S , WATTS, AMPS, STAR RATING PER YEAR ETC...IF YOU WANT TO REPLACE JUST THE WINDOW MOUNT, THEN GO TO DANBY.COM, OR LOOK IN YOUR OWNER'S MANUAL TO ORDER A REPLACEMENT MOUNT. IF YOU JUST NEED TO KNOW HOW TO RELACE THE MOUNT , THEN CONTACT SUPPORT AT DANBY.COM AND ORDER WHAT YOU NEED, A MANUAL , INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS, GUIDES, AND IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THESE MANUALS , THEN JUST READ THE MANUAL ON HOW TO INSTALL A MOUNT OR REINSTALL A NEW ONE.

Take it back where you bought it. A 12,000 BTU unit should be more than enough for a 192 square foot room, so there is some problem with the unit.

sounds like very low on freon which also keeps the motor running cooler...suggest a refill because of its large btu capacity, but expensive maybe...get quotes.
