Hello, i just want to ask how to fix that problem, i cant sign to playstationNetwork, it says thats email address or pasword is inncorect..i know thats correct..and if i press "forgot my password" then message comes 80023017 error

3.Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Apple Privacy Policy.

4.Complete the form to create your new Apple ID. The email address you provide will be your new Apple ID. The form also includes security questions for your protection, and asks for an optional rescue email address. We recommend providing a rescue email address.

5.After you've filled out the form, click Continue.
If you see a message that says that the email address you entered is already associated with an Apple ID, follow these instructions to use an existing Apple ID instead.

6.Enter your credit card and billing information, then click Continue. We'll charge you only when you make a purchase. You can change or remove your payment details later.

7.Check your email for a verification email from Apple and follow the steps to verify your email address.
After you verify your email address, you can sign in to the iTunes Store and other Apple services such as iCloud with your new Apple ID.

In the upper right corner...

just to the left of the big BLUE "create an account"

Click on the "SIGN-IN"

and follow the prompts for being forgetful... "FORGOT"

It's not a new condition... (fear not!)

Best thing to do is click on Forgotten Password which will ask you your email address which will email you a link to alternative email address or failing that get in touch with whoever your email address is setup with for them to give you back acess...I hope this helps?

There should be an option for 'Forgot your Password?' on the sign-in screen. You will be asked to enter your Sign-in ID and your birthday. An email will be sent to the email you have registered to the Sign-in ID and you can reset your password from there.

click forgot password,

click next

Enter in your email address, the security code and try to reset your password.

Then try and sign in again.

• Go to google website www.google.com and then proceed to SIGN IN option

1. If you cant remember your username or password : Click option below it that says can't sign in or forgot password , now from there it will give you option to answer some security question you created before in order for you to remember or retrieve your password
2. Or it will ask you what is your google account email address , so they can reset your password and end it to the email

• If you can't remember still your email address

1. Just simply click on forgot username optionand the it will ask your any email address to send the instruction on how you can retrive your account information

Hi,

if you forgot your secret password on your email address,you can still retrieve it by putting you alternate email address that you place on file when you registered your main email address before.

if your using yahoo,here are the steps:
1.go to yahoo.com
2.click on sign in
3.click on i cant access my account
4.click on i forgot my password
5.type your yahoo id
6.type your alternate email

then the password of your main email address will be send out to your alternate email address,then from there you can see the reset password link that was send to you by facebook to change your password on that website.

You didn't sign up for a fixya account but how did fixya come to know your email address to send the password...Must you tried to register once....let me know..

to change it, you may have to ask a few questions on help desk to retrieve it.or you could cancel the account and set a new one up. you should be able to change your account pasword through customer service then create a new one using the old email address. use a good virus sweeper ie avast or spy hunter to run a check on your system DO NOT use the XP doctor that comes up when you use the internet that itself is a trogen. and i would not recomend any norton programms thy can upset your system big time.

did you try to reinstall it again.. ym always has a problem.
