Hi the problem is with your password so dont change any settings ok the
problem is not your end everybody else is having the same problem, sony
are having some down time at the minute to update their servers and
software so just bare with them for a couple of hours and it will be
back on shortly.
dont try changing any settings as the problem is their end not yours

their are loads of people asking the same question in the last hour so
you are not the only one, you could try going to the sony ps3 web site
and check on their for any down time,
