Stuck print on HP Deskjet F380

I cannot cancel out a document stuck in pending print. I used to know how to go through "run" to deactivate print spooler and clear the stuck print. Then I turned the print spooler back on. Right now I can't seem to get the print unstuck. Can anyone help me please!!

Did you restart the computer? I know, a little obvious. But restarting should clear out the print queue.

I think what you're thinking of is typing services.msc at run. There you can stop the print spooler.

You can also get to 'services' by going to control panel > administrative options > services.

Printer connected to computer and all is well but when i click on print it tells me that the document needed to be printed is pending and it just never gets printed

You probably have a print job stuck in the queue. Open Control Panel, then Printers and Faxes. Right click on your printer and click OPEN. Highlight the top entry and open Document menu and choose Cancel. You may need to turn off printer and then unplug it for 15 seconds to clear any faults in printer memory. Plug back in, turn on, then try.

Printer stuck on pending

It sounds like the message to me that the printer and the pc are not communicating very well and when you went to print your 54 page document your printer could not handle such a big file there is a communication error between them both. have you updated your printer drivers ? have you run a virus scan on the document ? you might have a virus in one of the drivers for your printer ! what I would do is uninstall your printer from your pc go to add & remove programs remove your printer and then go to the HP website and fully download your software again for your printer when you go on to the HP website type in your printer model number and ask for a set up disk for your printer so just type in instalation disk for
HP Deskjet F390 it will cost you nothing this website will make sure you get everything you need to fully install your drivers back into your pc and any updates that you are missing hope that helps
Cheers
