Question about AMT Datasouth Datasouth Documax 3300 Matrix Printer
When i put a printing command through LPT1 cable, it prints only on line
Kindly tell me what should i do
Start by running a test print from the control panel - with paper loaded, open the panel, press the "feature up" button - the display will say "run self test" and press enter - you should get a "barberpole" test print.
If the paper feeds properly in the self test, your problem lies in the print command, you need to send the appropriate LF character to tell the printer to feed the paper to the next line. You can also enable auto LF in the profile you are using, but this would not be my first choice.
