Question about Dell DJ MP3 Player

1 Answer

Transferring Music Into the Library

When transferring music into my Music Library, a notification pops up telling me that non-data files shall go into the Data Library. Prior to this, the transferring of the music stops. Trying this over and over again, the notification pops up again and again and cancelling the music transfer. If you could help me in any way possible, I would be grateful.

Thanks a lot.

They changed the firmware to play for sure. now it will not show any songs on my player list. Musicmatch 9 was done away with so I have no software to see my players songs. My Dell 20 gig "now with the new firmware" says all data will be deleted when I hook my Dell up to my computer. How can I back up my current data with out losing all of my data currently on the player.

When it comes to transferring music from computer to iPod touch, iTunes is always the first choice for you. As the official transfer tool, iTunes can help you transfer music to iPod touch easily.

Step 1. Connect your iPod touch to PC via matched USB cable. Then click the iPod icon on the left corner of the interface. To manage your media files manually, you'd better go to "Options" under "Summary" tab, cancel "Automatically sync when this iPod is connected" and check "Manually manage music and videos". Don't forget to click "Apply" when it's done.
Step 2. Import music into iTunes library from computer by clicking "File" and then "Add File to Library". Once transferred successfully, you can select the music icon on top to see all the songs.
Step 3. Click "Music" under "Settings" tab. Choose "Sync Music". You can either sync entire music library or selected playlists as you like. Then click "Sync" button at the bottom to transfer music from computer to iPod.

How do i upload music from my pc to gigabeat 40gb i pod

To transfer music files to your gigabeat, simply connect it to the PC via USB cable. A gigabeat window will pop up on your screen and will direct you to WMP 11 (make sure to click the "Complete" button, or it will not take you to WMP 11). Once you're in WMP 11, assemble the list of music you wish to transfer and press "Sync". The program will automatically begin transferring data to your gigabeat.

How do i download from windows media player library to ipod

be prepared to wait for a long time while the files are transferring and being converted. Open itunes, click on file then click on add folder to library. Browse to find your music folder, normally in my document, my music and select the folder my music by clicking on it once only, then click on ok. Your files will start to transfer and be converted by itunes. When i converted my library from media player it took a few hours to complete, so you need to be patient. Don't forget to only click on 'my music' folder once, you do not wantt do double click it because it will open the folder up, and if you want to transfer all of your music then you will only need to click on the folder once to select the whole folder.

I hope this helps
If it does not then let me know what happened
