Lets see if I can be of help here , what I suggest is to first clean anything that has to do with the product (creative) from your home comp. & laptop as well , I mean unistall the software , and then go to START click SEARCH and on "ALL FILES & FOLDERS" write " CREATIVE" , then delete anything that shows on that search , NOW !! re install software to both PC & laptop , hopes this helps AJ
