Filter may be in the return grill.
If not... look at the Air Handler... bottom vertical or back if horizonal there is a 1 inch plate that should have a filter behind it. good luck

How do you clean the filters on the outside unit of split system Mitsubishi reverse cycle 18RV

Outside unit does not have a filter. You can try to pull the disconnect on the outdoor unit. Reinsert after 10 seconds, see what happens.

Cannot find a filter location for RCBA 4882GG21.

it is either in the bottom of the indoor unit itself, in the door below the inside unit (if equipped), or in the grill on the wall or ceiling

I'm using whirlpool mastermind chrome split ac.. clean filter light started blinking so i cleaned and replaced the filters but still CLEAN FILTER light is blinking. please give a solution

If you didn't turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF, before removing the filter. That is the problem. To clear the error message. Turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF, unplug the unit, remove the filter and reinstall it. Wait 10 minutes, plug the unit back in, turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to ON. The controls should have reset themselves and the clean filter light should not appear.

Hope this helped you solve the problem. Please let me know. Thanks.

Celiera 12000 btu Mini-split ac unit blows cool air but not as cold as in the past. Unit has been installed for 3 years and functioned fine until now. Is it likely that I simply need additional freon?

It's 'possible' but not likely that you need additional freon.

What is more likely is the 'filter' (for inside coil) is dirty and possibly the coil itself - and/or - the outside coil is dirty.

I would check out the filter - if dirty - I would change it and would also inspect the inside coil. If it's also dirty I would clean it the best I could (with a brush of some sort).

I would also check the outside coil and clean it if need be.

Hope this helps.

I have a split system with a goodman CPLJ30-1b unit outside. Inside the thermostat is on, it clicks, but neither the AC, Heat or fan will come on.

Sounds like you have a high voltage problem. The disconnect or the breaker is possibly tripped.I doubt it is getting the required 240v electricity. The clicking you hear is the low voltage from the indoor unit/thermostat.
