Question about AT&T Cell Phones
I just got my new phones from a new cell service ATT my old service Cell 1 was bought out by them my new phones say inactive SIM card and I can't seem to find anyone to help me, Cell1 shut off my old phones without my say so and I can't call anyone
You just need to get a new sim card for these phone and make sure to transfer numbers to new sim this is basically a sim problem when they get use to a phone there parameters are eched into the sim and then they only want to work with that phone

You need an AT&T sim card. Are you using a GSM phone? If so, the GSM phone will work on AT&T only if you have an AT&T sim card. The phone will only let you dial emergency numbers without the Sim installed.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
