Well , when you start to pair and the phone is searching it should ask for the pin code then enter 0000...and it should connect....if not seek assistance with your buying or dealer.

1) Go to Settings
2) Go to Reset
3) Select "Reset All Setting" (Make sure you save passwords. Data is safe.
Clear all previous pairings.
Once iPhone reboots, turn on Bluetooth.
