Go to iTunes. Buy a song you want for a small fee. It will be downloaded to iTunes. Plug your ipod into your computer. Make sure the songs you want on your ipod have a check in the box to the left of them. When you sync your ipod, they will be on there.

I hope this helps. Please rate my solution.

Connect to computer, and use either your music services' native device transfer protocol, or use Windows Media Player.

When transferring a video to my 30GB Ipod I get a red number 1 circle and the video does not transfer

iPod supports only mp4 and h.264 video, you have to convert your video to iPod compatible video at first, then add the converted video to iTunes library, plug in your iPod to computer, sync your iPod with iTunes, done. If you need detailed info, here is a step by step guide will teach you how to put DVD and video to iPod

Everytime i go in removable disc and try to drag music there it wont work

ipod is a locked company meaning the only way you can put music on your ipod and expect it to play is to first drag the music to your itunes music library and then drag it to your ipod that should be displayed on the lefthand side of itunes

Adding files from IPod Nano GB to work computer

IPod isn't compatible with Windows Media player. You have to use ITunes to manage your music files. Ipods use mp3, mp4, a protected form of mp4 unique to apple, and aac format. aac format isn't recognized by windows media player.
