Question about Canon Pixma MP500 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Run the diagnostic on the printer from the PC it is plugged into. If that does not work then unplug the printer from the power and the cable connecting it to the PC.
Wait 5 mins
Plug the printer into the power first, so i can boot and run a diagnostic.
Then plug the printer back into the computer and check the levels in the printers properties interface.
