Question about RCA TH1101 MP3 Player
I just purchased my RCA pearl and plugged it in for the first time. I get the following message when trying to install the software "critical setup file is missing" setup xm. Please help.
The setup files are typically on your computer; what operating system are you using? If you are using windows 98 you will need the cd-rom with the drivers. If you are running windows xp you probably have a problem with spyware or a virus; could be some corrupt files as well.
