Question about HP OfficeJet 6210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I used to be able to scan documents and save them to a "JPG" file. For some strange reason, all of a sudden I am unable to do that. When I scan a document I can only save it as a "TIF" file. I've fiddled with the scan settings and have checked the box labeled "Use JPEG compression for uploads" on the scan preferences but to no avail.
Any idea on how to change this back to JPG?
Hi if u r not getting the jpeg option do one thing
