Microsoft - buy new product key

Windows non OEM editions can only be installed I believe 25 times before you must buy a new key. OEM edition can be only on the system that it was registered to. So if you are installing an OEM version on a system other than the one the key was registered, you need to buy a new key, or better yet upgrade to windows 7.
If you installed it more than I think 25 times to a different system or on the same system, than you need to buy a key, or better yet upgrade to Windows 7.
Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft. It is in your best interest to upgrade to Windows 7.

If you are asking about a Windows Operating system then you must have the original CD key If you bought the Computer already Used than you must have the Person who bought the Computers original registration name registered under and CD key., If you own the original Operating system and is registered under your name then simply type in the CD key that is usually on the back or front of the CD case., If you have the original Computer XP version or later the CD key should be somewhere on the Computer It's self. If It's a game the same applies.

Photo impact pro as a software has compatibility requirements. For example, impact pro was invented during the times of windows Xp operating systems with Microsoft computers. Imply that, impact pro would hardly function with apple Mac computers. Since the Xp operating systems, computers have gone through design fronts of Windows Vista 1 & 2, and recently displaying Windows 7 on those acquired on the market over years ago. The most recent multimedia photo editor software's acquirable on the retail market have compartibilies with more recent computers. Alternately, performing a computer alteration may achieve installation capabilities. First, finding a computer still functioning on windows XP, millennium, 2000 or 1998 would make installation possible. However, sustain wearsomeness since windows 98 earlier years computers were least designed for multimedia capabilities as known with Photo Impact Pro 8.5. Second, a possibility of acquiring Windows Xp disk software on the retail market to replace the one on the computer would make impact pro installable. However like known of operating system software's, it is only possible to install the same operating system on an existing one on a computer as restoration purposes. If different software should be acquired like XP requesting installation on windows Vista or Windows 7, the entire hard disk drive has to be erased of media traces of the prior. Alerternately, a new operating system may be installed if only a new hard drive, memory cards were acquired to replace the prior on the computer to make possible installation of Photo Impact pro 8.5

Product key windows sp2

If you purchased a computer since 2001, the decal on the computer (side-panel of a desktop, or bottom of a laptop) will have the 25-character product-key.

If you purchased Windows XP at a "retail" store, the product-key was included.

If you made an online purchase of Windows XP, check your E-mail (and your 'JunkMail' folder) for a message containing the product-key.

I tried to reload windows operating disc that came with my computer but i was ask forproduct code and i have lossed it how can i get a new one ?

hello, if this is a OEM disc you can use the 25 digit key printed in the windows sticker in your computer. If you have a retail version of windows what you can do is call microsoft and explain that you have lost your product code. They normally will give you another one, but will ask for proof of purchase. Hope, this helps

Product key number

First, when the operating system was installed, the product key was installed.

To activate windows, you click activate and it should not ask for the key.

If it is only asking because to are trying to transfer files, then don't transfer them, copy then to a disk or a memory drive, flash drive and transfer them.

If the pc is activated, --you bought it new, and activated it, just because
you are trying to transfer ,it should not ask, something is wrong,
maybe the old computer has a hacked version of windows and the new windows will see this.

This happens when the number had been used for a previous installation. The problem happens quite often. Call Microsoft they will sort it out by phone.
Here is Microsoft Global, find contact for your country from here, or use the option Validate by Phone displayed on your computer activation page.
