Cycles are not going through. Some cycles on display will not light up or turn on when pressed?

  • Anonymous Mar 17, 2009

It seems as though you press normal wash and it takes way over an hour and then the little green lights don't light up indicating if its in the drying cycle so I end up just hitting cancel after about 70mins and then just let the dishes air dry. I've noticed water sitting in the basket around the arm ???

Trouble starting Cycles

Jonsey, sounds like you have a keypad issue here. Do this test: press the following keys in this order soak-cycle signal-soak-cycle signal. If done right the display should show dt. Now press start, all the led's will light up. Now test them by pressing each one, you should hear a beep for each one. If some of them are not responding, check the P-11 and P-12 harness on the control board. You can also put this machine in the automatic test mode by pressing the keypads in this order; soak-soil level-soak-soil level. The display will start counting down from 99 to 0 testing different aspects of the machine. Any errors will be shown in the display. Catriver..post back.
