Question about Motorola Mobility TracFone C139-4 Cellular Phone
I have a Motorola C139 (tracfone) purchased in the States and was told I could use it in Europe if I replaced the phone card. I have unlocked the phone and placed a new card in from the european country in which I am now. Still can not get it to accept the SIM. What to do?
I have a Motorola C139 phone that I purchased in Italy. The display and text is in Italian but I would like to change it to English. How would I do this.

I suspect that we are talking at cross purposes. Each SIm has the facility to lock/unlock; that is a security feature. Airtime providers also lock their phones, though, and that - I fear - is what you have here.
Which country are you in and which Airtime provider's SIM have you purchased? Has the SIM been activated?
I have dealt with most UK Airtime providers, Vodafone in Italy, Greece and Cyprus, plus Movistar in Spain.
