Question about Sharp R-23GT Microwave Oven
We have tried to reset the touchpad for the microwave oven, and all it shows is EE4 as a code, which we are assuming some kind of error code. We've tried to unplug the unit and re-plug it in again, but nothing seems to work. What can we do to fix it?
EE4 means that the unit is not set to the proper level for the line voltage at the place where it's installed, or that may have a faulty outlet or power line.
Assuming yours is a Sharp R23-series, we have uploaded the full service here.
But I've attached an excerpt to show you how to check / set your proper voltage level.
