I have been to YOUTUBE to see video clips of cold cathode fluorescent lamp, back-lit, lcd monitors being repaired by their owners / technicians and have see some that are very good. Some are not so good with documentation. How "OLD" did you say unit is?? Will unit do same exact thing (black screen of death) when connected to different pc???
