Im having a problem with my Zune. Ive tried re-installing the software but each time I try to download a song i get an error message. Im leaving for Iraq in a couple of weeks and need to get my Zune loaded ASAP. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

PS: Had the same problem, and I did the recommended fix in this chain...
going to: go.microsoft.com/fwlink?linkid=105000
So quick, so easy, and it worked! Zune then remembered the songs I tried to buy but failed, and simply allowed me to click "Download" and then I had them in my collection. Good catch!

I tried updating the DRM software support.microsoft.com/kb/929642
and both did not work.
I called Zune support and they sent me to go.microsoft.com/fwlink?linkid=105000 that downloaded an executable file named "ResetDRM" I ran the executable and it spit out a text file that said the DRM was successfully reset. I restarted my Zune software and it worked fine, an almost instant fix.

I've had it..and will cancel my subscription if MS doesn't fix this.

The problem is a media rights usage error, and is apparantly quite common recently; I have the same problem, and there are a number of (unsolved) posts of it on the Zune boards. Most suggestions focus on deleting your DRM folder, resinstalling Zune (potentially with an older version...) and rolling back SP3 if you use XP. However none of those have proven to solve my problem.
