Push and hold the button for the coffee you want, but hold it all the way through the process. Don’t release the button until you get the amount of coffee you want for that button, then release the button. That should get you the same amount next time. You can do this for each coffee button.

Anything with milk won't be hot just warm?

Hi,

if you're adding in the milk prior to the cofee being made, then please add it towards the end. If adding and the beginning, then vice versa. It sounds like the milk is exceedingly colder than any water that you're loading into the machine. You might try using powdered milk so that the milk that you use will be at room temperature.

Thank you.

My caffitaly S 23 does not dispense hot Millikan after the coffee has dispensed. Just hot steam and a little bubbly hot water. I have cleaned it it and will dispense milk and the next cup doesn't.

First; I am NOT a Caffitaly repairman. Though I have worked on mini espresso machines. Sputtering and/or poor steam is an indication that your brewer is not up to brewing temperature.
** Most of these home machines have a very small boiler or tank. They are designed to produce hot water and sometimes steam to brew a small 'European' espresso. Here in the USA we like our coffee weaker and with lots of 'other' things mixed in. The 'Americano' is the same amount of coffee but with a lot of hot water added. This amount will tax the small boiler to it's limits. Top it off with a grande latte would be probably be beyond it's ability to completely froth/heat this amount of milk. When you order a Latte from a Barista you will note that it takes a while to froth a Pitcher of cold milk. They are using a large espresso machine and probably pulling a double shot of espresso. To make a similar drink with any home machine requires doing everything 'double' or twice brew. (3 times?) You will need to check the 'ready' light to make sure the brewer is up to heat prior to brewing your next cup.
** Suggest brewing a regular size or 1/2 a mug of coffee-latte then come back again later for another fresh hot cup.

Expresso is too large

Nancy, this setting is controlled by the settings menu. You reach that by right arrowing through the different beverages/menu selections until you select "Settings".
  • In settings, scroll to "program the amount"
  • place a cup under the spout
  • select the beverage you want to program, espresso in this case
  • select start
  • select okay when the amount of water has been used
  • the machine will remember this setting for future espressos
  • the same menu structure allows you to control the amount of coffee ground, as well as the amounts for other beverages

Why does my Keruig.one cup coffee maker only disperse small cup

Should be a button that gives you the option to select cup size. The owners manual will explain this.

Large coffee button only puts out a little bit of coffee

keep holding the button down until the display says serving size. release the button when you are happy with the amount of product. next time it will fill to the same line. someone held the button down too long and programmed it to only dispense a small amount of coffee.

Tried to set it up for the first time and the small cup & large cup both flashed ... I pushed the small cup and nothing happened so I turned off machine and unplugged and started again ... still same...

Call Keurig's customer service office. Their customer service rep will attempt to troubleshoot the problem by phone or replace the unit if unsuccessful.

When you press the button for a large cup of espresso (Nespresso Essenza) only small amount comes out

You can adjust the fill of coffee by holding the large coffee cup down for as long as you want to fill it. Try holding the button down for 20secs., next cup of coffee should automatically fill for 20 seconds. The small cup that you are currently getting was probably set at the factory. Good luck
